The two apartments on the second and third floor are characterized by modern aesthetics combined with all the amenities a modern residence should offer. They have balconies in all common areas, a large master bedroom, two additional bedrooms with bathroom, which could be converted into a second master bedroom, and a bathroom with a guest cloakroom. Each apartment has one parking space in the basement and a storage room.

     The flexible design of the apartments ensures that residents can configure the space according to their own needs. At the same time, with the proper window placement and the appropriate use of materials, such as glass, the apartments function as an integrated aesthetic whole with the surrounding natural environment. Our aim was to eliminate the dichotomy of indoors and outdoors, while maintaining the sense of privacy for the residents.
